Hang in there... It DEFINITELY could be too early. I took a test on my 14th day (first day of missed period) it was negative...I took one this morning, and it was POSITIVE (15 DPO). They say sometimes (10%) the egg doesn't actually implant until the day after the missed period. And it won't make the HGG hormone until after it implants. So, you very well may still be pregnant. Just try to be patient (I Know, it's hard!) Best of luck to you!! =)

It could be too early.

A fertilized egg implants anywhere from 5 to 12 DPO. It takes 2-3 days for your levels to rise high enough for a HPT.

Wait 2 more days and test again.

**With my first pregnancy, I didn't test positive until 16DPO and that was with the most sensitive test you can buy. Make sure you have a high sensitivity test. 25mIU is good.

Here is a site where you can look up the sensitivity of HPT's:

Sounds like you and I are on the same cycle. Same thing here...negative, with one very very very slight positive. THough I must say now that I am getting closer to my period, which I am due either today or up to next wed...I think it was a evaporated line.(even though I saw it 2 min after peeing). Oh, and after that "slight positive" I have tested negative ever since. It is a crazy ride, hang on and have faith everything will happen when it should. Baby dust to YOU!!!!

I was doing the same thing and I think by being so anxious I increased my stress level and my period didn't come. I started 3 days late (yesterday to be exact)...
Relax, try and keep your mind off it until a day after your missed period and then try again. You will drive yourself crazy if you keep testing...
Everytihing happens on it's own time when it's supposed to...everythign happens for a reason. Good luck to you!

You could be pregnant and the test is just too soon. I took my test with my youngest 3 days too early and it was just that my cycle extended a little on me. I'm hoping the best for you!

At 12dpo a very sensitive home test is about 87% accurate. You've still got a chance!

If u r charting then u would have previous cycles to give u an estimated date to poas, but if not then usually 18dpo.
