First of All, Mariah Would Never Consider Smoking & Her Voice Is Still Just As Great As Ever,It's Just Matured With Age.

Her voice is not the problem.
Maybe its her stability......
And by the way the clothes she has been wearing.....she is not 19 anymore, she needs to get some class
