Depends on the outfit & the ocassion, but the highest I've ever worn is 6" heels.

My highest are a pair of 'scream' stiletto pumps with a 6 1/4 inch heel. I don't really wear them out much, but I do wear 6 inch long pointy nose pumps to go out... during the day I stick to 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 inch heels.

The highest I would consider is 4". My average is 3-4".

the highest heels ive worn are by christian louboutin...they are 130mm high..like 5or 6 inch.{i think}
the only reason i wear them is because i love them but they hurt like hell after four or five hours...
i cant imagine wearing shoes higher than that though...

My girlfriend love watchin me wear heels so I wear whatever turns my her on (7"-8" and up)

Probably 4", but I never wear heels anymore as they're too uncomfortable, so I stick to combat boots that have a 1.5" sole.
