im going ice skating and want to wear somthing fasionable and warm because im meeting up with the fella i like!..im goin to wear tights lyk a mllion pairs of socks and jeans..and im going to wear my long black coat..
i need help decieding what to wear on top!!..i wont get a chance to go shoppin..

Jeans are good in case you fall over, you need some protection, and thick socks (or 2 pairs thin) but I don't know if you need the tights too, will be pretty uncomfortable and if it's indoors it won't be really cold. (It's not that cold outdoors at the moment, is it? Not in UK, anyway.) I would also forget the coat; it might make it hard to move about.(You could leave it by the side, in case you get cold.) A jumper would be fine. Jeans & jumper can be sexy!

I wouldn't wear loads of layers, because you'll get warm when you're moving. I'd say jeans and thick socks would be fine. I'm not sure about a long coat though, as it could get really awkward round your legs, specially if you fall over, or if it's flying around behind you while you wizz round at top speed.
Take gloves though!

I love the look of a light color, thick, high neck turtleneck sweater over darker tights, maybe thick with a texture, with scrunched thick socks. Forget the jeans and coat. If you will be cold, wear layers under the sweater.
You'll look great and be able to move easier than with a coat.

remember -- layers! a little tank first, then a turtle neck, then a polar or down vest; wear your hat/gloves and scarf; also wear jeans with tights underneath; some tube socks. if you have the down vest, you don't need to wear your long black coat while skating, you can hang the coat up, because you will be in motion.

Don't wear tights going skating, they get laddered so easily. And don't wear a skirt either. Can't you just go for the laid back look, jeans and a funky jumper? You could always dress it up with simple accessories. But don't go over the top, boys hate that and they like to see girls who are sensible and don't wear mini skirts in the freezing cold, for example.

Is this inside or outside? If it's inside wear jeans, thick socks, a cute longsleeve tee and a thin scarf. If you curl your hair and concentrate on warm looking colours for makeup and accesories you'll look totally hot! Belts and hair clips can jazz up a plain looking outfit.

If ur not that good at ice skating I wud suggest jeans definately cos u mite spend most of ur tym on ur butt. LOL. I think on top just wear a knitted hooded top or something. They are on sale in New Look, they have these really nyc stripy ones for about a tenner!! Have fun, hope it goes well for you!

Defo go for a short skirt with thick tights and a pair of knee high boots and a warm jumper that hangs off the shoulder with a cute scarf....

Ice rinks have a tendency to be saved at a cushty temperature, especially indoor ones, so no reason to wrap up waiting for snow climate. that's recommended to positioned on gloves in spite of the undeniable fact that, once you're vendors to falling over :3
