After the challenge was over, the chefs went home and had "a couple drinks". Elia said she had always wanted to shave her head...I guess the alcohol kicked in and she did it, but not before she talked Ilan into doing it too!
THEN, Cliff thought it would be funny to hold Marcel down (who was in the other room sleeping) and shave his head!!!! He held Marcel down, but nobody shaved his head. The next day, Cliff was asked/told to leave by the head judge.

Nope Ilan and sam dared Ellia to shave her head. Ilan shaved his and Sam backed out. Cliff woke up Marcel and tackeled him in a frat boy sort of way. He tried to get someone else to shave his head while he pinned him. No one would come help Cliff they were just egging him on. Cliff got kicked of because he was physical with Marcel. Ellia had said that she had always wanted to shave her head. She had been doing bits talking about the show wearing a wig and Ilan had been wearing that hood over his head with a headband indicating that they record stuff after the fact.

When they finished the challenge, Marcel went to sleep but everyone had some drinks and she was talking about how she had always wanted to and Ilan said if she shaved her head, he'd shave his so they did.

Sam, Ilan and Cliff cut off Marcel's hair while he's sleeping. And they film it.
Then they decide to shave their own heads too just to cover their butts.
They tell the judges it was just a "prank".
Cliff takes the fall for the evil trio and he's asked too leave.
It's too bad Sam and Ilan get to stay. They should have been booted off along with Cliff.
