Level is at 11. Doctor has prescribed suppositories, but daughter is worried since she miscarried at 6 weeks with last pregnancy. She starts them tonight.

It could contribute to the miscarriage. I had the same issue at 6wks when I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter...I took it easy, used the suppositories as instructed and I believe they really saved my pregnancy! I now have a beautiful 3yr old little girl ;-) The best of luck to your daughter!!

Mine was low also. I took prometrium for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and I am almost 21 weeks and baby is fine.

My sister had to take suppositories, she has had 3 little boys!

Mine was only 8.5 and then I got on prometrium and I carried full term. Very healthy girl who is now 3.

having low progesterone levels makes it more likely to midscarry- but its for certain
