I'm 10 weeks and I've gone through the same anxiety about not "feeing" pregnant. Most days I'm tired, nauseous and headachy. I had ONE good day but I couldn't enjoy it because I worried about why I didn't feel like crap. The reality is I'm pre-disposed to this anxiousness due to how long it took me this time to get pregnant. I didn't worry this much during my first pregnancy when it would be understandable since I hadn't been through it before.
So the long of it is, yes, it's okay to not feel pregnant some days -- enjoy while it lasts.

oh yea it is totally normal. With my first two pregnancys it was like that during it all until i was so big i could hardly move lol. I had no pregnancy sysmptoms except for no period. The only thing that would make it real to me was when I heard the heart beat at Dr apointments and when i saw them at the ultrasounds. Other then that I felt GREAT!!! My belly grew and then i felt preg just because I actually had a belly pokeing out. This time around however..... I am feeling it all. Some days are ok others are nasty. Im so glad u are feeling so great. U are one of the Blessed like I was with my first two. Most pregnancys arnt like that at all. Good luck and God Bless

It's very normal. I still don't feel pregnant yet. The only reason I know there is a baby is the ultrasound and I saw it's little heartbeat. Not feeling pregnant is not usually a cause for concern. I feel alot of energy as well so I guess people vary.

I didn't feel pregnant until about a month and a half ago when my back started hurting from the weight change. Doc told me today baby is doing just great at 35 weeks. Give it time, you'll get there.

Since it's your first baby, how do you know what it's like to "feel pregnant"? Pregnancy may be a lot different than your perceptions of it. Do you mean that you don't have classic symptoms, just be thankful the days you don't! :) Plus, there's not a lot of changes you can tell so far. I'm sure once the baby gets bigger, you can feel him/her, you'll feel more "pregnant". Congratulations! :)

For sure and if you do have a burst of energy in the first trimester, use it, just don't overdo it. There were times I didn't feel pregnant in the early weeks.

WHy wouldnt it be? why do women think they have to be miserable when pregnant?
I felt fine through my whole pregnancy, save a few weeks in the very beginning. Iam 9 months and aside from the days when i feel like someone beat me with a bat, i feel like my normal self.

that's fine I'm sure you really feel pg when morning sickness kicks in. I'm 35 weeks pg and know that there is not a lot of room to move anymore the only time i feel pg is when im in the bathroom all the time because he is on my bladder or when my back hurts because of the extra weight. or when he kicks my rib cage. around 20 weeks you will really feel pg when you first start to feel the first movements.

Oh, TOTALLY!!! My wife is 19 weeks along and she still says it does not feel real... Even with the growing belly and feeling the little kicks!
You are lucky that you are full of energy, count your blessings!
Good luck!!!

Definitely and you're one of the lucky ones. You're probably just glowing and radiant.
Not me, I was exhausted and I looked horrible the first couple of weeks. Hormones made me incredibly moody and prone to bouts of crying. Enjoy this time and make the most of it.
