For starters you wouldn't have pants on. Secondly... you can totally tell you are NOT pregnant. Third.. They make you put your chin on your chest for better pushing. And fourth.. most women don't have their mouths open like they are trying to catch flies. Try again or let someone who is really pregnant do it.

Looks more like laughing then pain. You can also tell that isn't a real preggy belly.
