Don't try doing this on your own, even if both parties 100% agree on all the terms and conditions. There are too many pitfalls. See a lawyer.

Nope but you can go to office maxx or staples and get a do it yourself divorce kit.

These will work as all courts give a lot of leeway for people trying to do it theirselves.
