for the top part of your eyes, you should above the lashes,, try drawing it as closely to the lash line as possible.. for the bottom, you should use a pencial and draw above the lash line.

night time- top and bottom
top- right above the lash line...as close as possible!
bottom- little lip right ontop of your lashes...right under the eye...and color that in.
everyday use- during the day- bottom
i use a pencil!
if you want to get creative...while doing the bottom, go on a little further out than just the lip...draw a little right next to your eye...it looks really cute!

If you are going for on the town look (night with the girls) then you should create a smokey effect, use the eye-liner on top and bottom (but on top make it as clase as possible to your lid). If it is for during the day, then just on the bottom (the little lip under your eye).

most people put eye liner on the top but i only put it on the bottom. it makes your eyes pop and look bigger!! just take the pencil and brush it along your bottom lash line

i positioned mine on the perimeters yet having said that i dont positioned on contacts... yet once you've enormous eyes (like you imagine that there to major) in common words positioned it on the right eyelashes yet once you've small eyes positioned it about 1/2 way for the era of on the rim.... desire that permits btw ive by no ability heard of eyeliner hurting ur eyes till u sleep with it on

i put mine on my upper eyelid right by the lashes and in them a little bit.
i also put some on the inside crease.
like if you pull your bottom eyelashes down that little line right there it works really good

i dont really understand you, but, i know this, NEVER use a dark liner on the inside of your eye makes it look smaller putting it halfway on top and botto and alittle on your outer corner makes your eyes look bigger
