My wrists will periodically hurt whether I'm pregnant or not. I use wrist splints for a couple days and that really helps. I usually notice it after excessive computer use or 10 key. The doctors suggested that I wear the wrist splints at night (I've not tried it yet) however, wearing them during the day and while on the computer really does make a big difference. I'm 20 wks and was having problems last week so I wore them for a while and took some tylenol and it helped as well as limiting my computer usage after I got home from work.

Maybe carpal tunnel syndrome, which I believe is can flare up in women who are pregnant, especially since you work on a computer. Wrist splints might help.

Try heat wraps, or cold patches, or something like that. You can take tylenol.
