and there are many replies, most of the times the chosen answer is not the correct one??? I mean, that some pple ask something, without having any idea about the reply, but i have seen many times, that they dont decide for the correct one.

The choice for best answer is left up to the person who asks the question, and he/she will usually choose the one that they feel makes the most sense. It's all a matter of opinion.

one time, i picked an answer because it made me laugh. the reply did not even come close to answering the question i had asked. i had gotten the info i needed from the other answers and a different interpretation of my question was a nice surprise.

They pick their friends answer. It doesn't matter the answer.
