Most programs will work with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. It takes some time for the sites to make it compatible for Firefox. In the meanwhile try using microsoft explorer which should work just fine.
Do not delete MS browser if you have Firefox because Windows update and security fixes in form of monthly updates only work with Microsoft IE browser.
