That deep, booming bass drum sound on a lot of rap music. As a performing musician, I remember how hard drummers worked to actually mute their drums (especially the bass) to get a "tight" sound. Now I can hear a car coming several blocks away, sounding like a bass drum in a marching band.

The sound of my half sister's voice when she is high - which is all the time. It is the most awful, shrill-sounding, annoying sound you can imagine. Makes you want to run away screaming at the top of your lungs.
