Note that many words already listed do NOT rhyme with "delicious". It is not enough to end with the /-shus/ sound ('-tious' or '-cious'). The rhyme MUST include the last TWO syllables, beginning with the accented i. Thus, rhymes for this word would end with "-itious" or "-icious".

Here's a list (including a few odd ones!):

adscititious, adventitious, ambitious, auspicious, avaricious, capricious, cementitious, excrementitious, expeditious, factitious, fictitious, flagitious, judicious, lubricious, malicious, meretricious, nutritious, officious, pernicious, propitious, repetitious, seditious, silicious, superstitious, suppositious, supposititious, surreptitious, suspicious, vicious

To these you can add some other forms by additional prefixes, like the negatives -- "in-"/"non-"/"un-"
inauspicious, injudicious, nonnutritious, overambitious, oversuspicious, subreptitious, superambitious, unambitious, unmalicious, unpropitious, unsuspicious

The previous writer is correct, the rhyme must be with the accented syllable (penultimas) as well as the ultimas.

Your list expands significantly if you allow two-word sets. For example, "The food that they will offer us will be no doubt delicious, and we'll enjoy the very merry Christmas that they wish us."

Propicious and seditious come immediately to mind. Wow. That's a toughie! And the name Aloysious, does too. How about wishes? Hope this helps!
