chitlins are good if prepared the right way.it kinda chewey,salty,and sound gross to eat till ya try em.I tried em in tn and they were homecooked,simmered for 4 hrs and delicicious.I tried em in my home town and wanted to puke.tastes like pig intestines.

Load them up with some hot sauce and they are ok. Kind of slimy.

They are actaully pretty good if you like fried onion rings or pork rinds...

never tried them let alone heard of them. but i looked them up and they are pork intestines. eeew! i suppose they taste like pork rinds.
