As you have probably heard ORBAMA or what ever his name is is running for president as you ALL know theire are already ppl agienst that I 4 one am not I want to encourage all BLACK'S, whites, meicans, hispacis, and every thing in between to VOTE!!! I would but then im onley 15 but anywayz how lond do you think hell be presadent before he gets assasenated??? not saying that he will or i want him to but come on ppl look back at the past (M.L.K.)

First, I hope you start paying attention in school to get that grammar problem fixed. That said, I think that should he get elected, he would serve out his term without being assassinated. M.L.K wasn't a President, and there are many blacks in high places who aren't being killed. Secretary of State ring a bell? Start paying attention in class.

The man's name is Barack Obama. Encourage EVERYONE to vote. The majority cannot be achieved with votes just from minorities. It's ridiuculous that you believe he will be assasinated. Why? Just because he's black. Martin Luther King Jr. wasn't a candidate for presidency. He was a civil rights leader and minister.
If anyone truly has ever in history deserved to be assassinated it's our current president. If no one has attempted to kill him it's very unlikely any future attempts to kill presidents. I think at this point the American people are desperate for true leadership and they are more open to who fills that position.
I don't think assassination attempts are as easily carried out as they were 30 years ago. Technology has come a long way and safety has improved.
I definetly believe Obama has a shot particularly if it's between he and Hilary Clinton. A black man would become president before a woman of any ethnicity. The world has not come that far yet.
