depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

Install it first,then search from ur cell for bluetooth devies
or go to connectivity and ask ur cell to pair with it
or right click on the file and send through bluetooth or something depending on ur device..
