me I hear you ask? It all depends.........usually shorts and a vest , if I've got someone to keep me warm nothing!!

It is the one time of day when the body can go 'au natural' as it should be and free itself from the restriction of clothes.

Its a known fact that going to bed naked allows the skin to breath better.
you sleep better without restictions on your movement during the night while sleeping.
if your with your partner you dont have to fool with taking any cloths off to make love.
so. get naked hon.
around the house is ok also.makes me feel much better to just stay naked as much as I can.
