Believe it or not, there is a bulletin for that exact problem.
Vehicle: 1994 - 1997 Buick Lesabre 3.8L
Symptom: Intermittently the car will stall or not start and at the same time the Power Windows and Power Door Locks will be inoperative.
System: Body/Chassis Electrical, Emissions/PCM/Fuel
Codes: N/A
Problem: Loss of ground.
Test & Fix: The fuel pump, power windows, power door locks all come together at a ground splice in the driver's door area under the carpeting. Inspect this splice and the wiring for corrosion. If corroded replace and repair the wires

Sounds like an electrical short problem. Start by being certain that the battery terminals are clean and free of acid gunk.
