If you have trash in your tank, I'm afraid that the only fix is to remove your tank, clean out the trash and remove the water.

What type of problems are you having? If your car is becoming hesitant when the gas is applied then it's possible you can have some garbage/water mixed in with your gas. Also, your car is either a V6 or a V8. What type of gas are you using. My suggestion is not to drive the car until you have it checked out. You would rather not chance it.

best thing if you have water in gas is a bottle of alcohol to dry up the water and cheaper than gas treatment. it can still be driveable but it will not drive well. it may skip

You need to have a friend or mechanic check the contents in it before you drive it. Do you have anyone in mind who would do this to you? Don't drive the car.
