1. Cut the top off.
2. Cut the bottom off.
3. Slice it in half from top to bottom.
4. Slice each half in two.
5. Cut down the centre of each quarter to remove the hard core.
6. Run a sharp knife between the skin and the flesh.
7. Slice the flesh into bite sized chunks.

I usually cut off the top and the bottom. Then stand it on end and run the knife from top to bottom between the fruit and the skin. Sort of like peeling an apple.
