Delete them, do not open them...and mark them as spam

Hello, if I were you I would hit spam button , never open these kinds of emails ,I would also check on my computer to see about my security is working run a full system scan also I would check out everything too be on the safe side . Please, do not open any of these emails just report them as spam always .

Spam emails almost certainly containing virus or spyware. Do NOT open them, not even in a preview window. Mark them as Spam in your internet protection program.
It might be worth calling your ISP to see if they can identfy where these things come from.

Hit delete. Or, if you DO click an unsubscribe link and subsequently get loads more emails, contact your ISP as this is illegal. Print a copy of the unsubscribe screen for evidence

They're spam. AKA junk email. They are used for advertising websites or email/on-line fraud. Delete it. If you reply to spam then they know your email address is correct and give it to a lot other people to spam you.

never reply to these emails
dont even tick the remove me from list boxes as it only alerts these twats that they are spamming an active email address
mark as spam and ignore them

don't open them! they could contain anything. some spam e mails, if left in your inbox they will still send you e mails. plus mark as spam

I get them also, I just delete them NEVER open them.
