2.7 L engine, new alternator, new battery.. the headlights are really bright and all of the sounds come on in the car with the ignition on, however, it won't at all crank. it makes no sounds when i click it over. ive tried jumping it to and still wouldn't crank

sound like the starter to me...if not that, ignition wiring

Sounds like either the starter is bad, or the neutral switch is out.....take the vehicle out of park and put it in drive, back to park several times. See if that helps....

only a few things causes a car not to start. If you've already tried getting a jump and it won't start even after you have jumped your battery it might very well be your alternator which recharges the battery itself.

Does it have gas in it? Did you put the key in?
You laugh, but I once knew a guy who worked on his car for a solid week only to discover that it was out of gas.

Starter?
Neutral safety switch? (try it in NEUTRAL)
Key switch?
Fuse?
