I need to produce a scattergram for training day at work tomorrow to represent links with other agencies and also support / supervision sources within my job

its kina like a graph but imstead of drawing bars, you put a little cross on the mark and join them up. Simple when you know how! Have a look on net for some examples and software on computer might have a setup for it.

It is plotted on graph paper to show the correlation / association between two variable/sets of data
Plot one on the verticAL axis and the other on the horizontal
you use one cross to represent relavant figure form both variable.
Cannot demonstrate on here; suggest you askjeeves 'how do i plot a scattergram'.
Incidentally ; plan earlier in future then you won't get stuck.
