I wouldn't want to swim in it. If it were my pool, I'd give it a chlorine shock treatment for a day to disinfect it, and then drain the pool and put in fresh water. I'd also backflush the filter thoroughly.

Large quantities of human bile would cause your pool to become hazardous to people who swim in that pool;human bile is considered biohazardous and should be handled with caution.
