The Civil War lasted from 1861 until 1865.
The World War II lasted from 1939 until 1945.

Is there any historical document(oral history), which took down someone's experience about the Civil War and WWII?

Thank you for comprehensive information. But I didn't explain it clearly in the above context. I would like to know if anybody lived long enough to experience both wars and it was recorded in the historical documents.
For instance, someone's elder brother dead in the Civil War and his grand son dead in the WWII, even he participated in both wars!? (just a example..)
Thanks a lot.

there are a number of people whose diaries and letters have been published for both wars. suggest google for the war whom you want information on. if this doesn't have the information contact Veterans of Foreign Wars; American Legion; Sons of Confederate Veterans of the Civil War; Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War

I'd like to give you a direct answer to your query but I doin't know.
However; I do know that Bruce Catton wrote one of the most definitive chronicles about the Civil War, "Andersonville", which I would heartily recommend to any Civil War buff.
