Can anyone help me???

I cant seem to remember the name of this movie, It was a horror/ suspence movie and it was about a girl who was a mute or just didnt talk so everyone told them their deep dark secrets thats all i remember and i remember in the previews a blonde was burning someone with an iron. PLEASE HELP!
