Good luck mate...freelancers are a dime a dozen... Pick up the 2007 writer's handbook. It'll cost you 50 bucks or so. Peruse the type of work you do - Novels/Periodicals whatnot...and then read all of the tips and tricks and after that, purchase envelopes, stamps, ink and paper... No one wants to buy using e-mail. As a general rule, if they are going to pay you, it is going to be a hardcopy situation...so, get ready to be broke, get ready to wait and be disappointed...get ready for a world of hurt and angst and depression that may work out well but probably wont.

Toughen up, get a job as a waiter to pay the bills and work on your craft. That is the best advice I can give you.

I read the three answers you have given, in total, in Y!Answers.

I found spelling mistakes, punctuation errors and poor grammar (and you wrote all of 25 words). All of these are stock-in-trade for a writer - you need these before you can do anything else!

Get yourself some tools and then see if you can write. What would you think of a builder who turned up at your door to do work and didn't have a saw or hammer?
