People that watch porno are paying to WATCH other people have sex. People who pay to have sex with someone are paying to HAVE sex..that could be victimizing someone, even if that other person is willing..the "victim" might not be mentally competent to make that decision (addiction, poverty). Other victims are the families of the customer and the prostitute..The people who are paid to have sex in porn films are prostitutes, however, with bigger ambitions. It's different to pay to watch something than to do something. Either way, the prostitutes get paid. One is legal and cleaner for the customer...Both are ethically wrong, probably, but porno is more socially acceptable.

no clue. if you were to go on the street, tape your moment with the prostitute and sell it, it'd be legal. (so long as you didn't pay HER, and make sure she knew, even though that probably isn't even necessary now a days)
and porn stars have health insurance, and std check ups.
