I just recently heard about this and saw a few episodes of the UK Big Brother yesterday, and I was pretty shocked!

I was quite shocked too. The outburst from Jade (who, if you are not from the UK as I assume, is famous only because she won a previous reality tv show) was out of order. The girls who have been abusing Shilpa are all white trash who I guess are jealous of her because she is more attractive, more educated, more cultured and more intelligent than they are.

Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. I've not seen the show, but I've read three articles on Yahoo News and none of them really say what the others did to be racists. As far as I can see, they just don't like her. That's nothing new, as I've watched Big Brother here in the US. The housemates always end up hating each other. They are competing in a contest, they are not friends. Maybe there's more to the story that I've not heard.
