Shes in a Cushy Spa, the reason she went to "Rehab" is because she was getting some bad publicity so she had to cover her tracks, she'll be out drinking and partying in a few days.

Considering how looked-down-upon rehab is in this country, I bet she's actually there-plus, sadly it's the next step after the AA meetings she was attending CLEARLY weren't working out...
such a great situation for Lindsay to be in at 20 years old I'd say..
