First find out the fabric that was used to make your white jumper.

If your jumper is a 100% cotton and 100% white you can soak it in a small pail with 2 tablespoons of chlorine bleach (comes in various brands - Clorox, Javex..). Once the stains are out rinse the jumper in water and wash normally.

If it is made of synthetic material or a blend and not 100% white, you will need to be more careful. Find a non-chlorine bleach such as "OxiClean". Check your supermarket for other brands.

Reluctant to weigh in when there's already a sea of advice...
But I'd like to add - try a dye run product first e.g Dylon run-away. These sometimes work and are less risky than resorting to bleach.
If that fails then use bleach - try oxygen bleach first (e.g. Oxyaction or equivalents - they're all the same). Soak in hot water or machine wash at 60'C.
Only if this fails use chlorine bleach (i.e. domestos type). Use dilute and don't soak for a prolonged period - this can destroy the fabric, depending on what it is. If soaking, make sure it is rinsed thoroughly after no more than 5-10 minutes. Due not use neat either in the machine or directly on the fabric.

You don't tell us what the material is which would help but basically bleach is your only option. There are a number of oxygen bleaches on the market oxyaction comes to mind. they are the safest. If that does not work then you will have to try a reducing bleach which contains chlorine. Domestos is one of those. Follow i
the instructions on the packet. All bleaches work better when hot which is why we need to know the material you are working on

There is a fab product that you can get from supermarkets. I think is called rescue.. something. It is with all the washing powders. I did something just as silly, washed with the rescue stuff and the dye all came out. Good luck.

You can try soaking it in Vanish or Bio Tex but if the jumper is wool there`s not much else you can do unless you buy a wool dye

You really can't. It might be easier to just dye the jumper.

If it is all-white and machine washable, then wash it in hot water with regular bleach. If it's not all-white, then use a color safe bleach and wash it again.
