Sounds like a scam. You should contact the Better Business Bureau.

If you try you will know if you succeed.

Prior to trying though you might ask yourself if you have a social duty to protect others from the courier company. You might also ask if the number og hours it takes to get a refund is better or worse than your wage rate.

If you were to pay yourself for your nonwork nonsleep hours they might look more valuable than a refund.

Being a consumer advocate n naming the precise activities of the company with their name as a hyperlink on a company named geocities page will at least caution others.

That said there are weirdass nonscam things like being a mystery shopper at volition.com. You'd be fortunate to make more than an ordinary job but it sounds nifty

Unless its in their policy or in written then more in likely not. Sorry to say their is a lot of companys out their ripping people off. I have been riped off a few times that I don't even try any of them anymore. You can try writting to them (make sure you copy everything) or take them to court. But 9 out of 10 times you won't see anything back. I'm so sorry.

You may have to take them to small claims court.
