I knew i was pregnant within a week of missing my period,sore nipples and nausea.The feeling of being pregnant won't actually leave you until you have had the baby, you may feel well carrying,buts there no getting away from the bump that is getting larger and the movement that is occuring inside.
If you are concerned about morning sickness, it usually lasts about 12 weeks if you get it,or if your unlucky ,the whole time.

I felt it at about 7 weeks and they lasted about 9 months. lol.

Well, some did. I was very picky about eating at first since any little thing made me gag or queasy. The nausea stopped at about 13 weeks, I was always tired and wanting to take a nap. I never really had any cravings, but my sense of smell was supernatural and still is!

32 weeks pregnant with 2nd child :)

I think alot of people all of a sudden "feel" pregnant when they find out that they are...ya know what i mean? Like first time moms for instance...do you ever notice that they start to get that waddle when they are only like 4 months along. They shouldn't be waddling yet, but they want to feel pregnant so they kind of bring it on.
I think you really start to feel pregnant when you start to show at about 5-6 months.
