my pet gerbal is biting and my sister got stiches because of the animal biting her and blood went everywhere how do i get it to stop biting me!!!!!

Donate the gerbil to the pet store and get a different pet like a dwarf hamster or a guinea pig.

Find a good leather glove that fits your hand well, something that isn't 2 inches past where your fingers really are..
And put it on and start getting it used to you and the glove by leaving your hand in the cage. Just find a comfy spot and leave your hand in the cage. Don't chase the little fluffy around...eventually he/she will want to know what the heck it is and will start coming over.
After a few days..start trying to get it gently and slowly in your gloved hand...always keeping the back of your hand flat on the bottom of the cage and your palm open with your fingers together. Don't chase him/ her around....just gently and slowly try scooping him/her up in your hand but not up out of the cage ....yet
It's gonna take allot of time and patience and but eventually, you should be able to pick him/her up.
If it is one of the really determined Gerbils that just won't be friendly...then I'll have to agreee....to just don't pick him/her up.

And for sure don't let your sister go anywhere near him/her/ it.

if it has biten you or her more than twice, dont bother picking it up, some of them just aren't meant to hold
