Call your landlords & local police to give them a heads up.......Maybe also add to your landlords that they are harrassing you & that you dont feel comfortable living next to them, if you guys are good tenants then your landlord might not re-new their lease when it comes time for re-newing, if thats doesnt work i would try talking with the police & tell them that you are feeling harrassed. Everytime they bang on your walls or playing loud music call the police. These people are clearly not your friends & are super shady. Adventuly the landlord & police are going to get tired of dealing with the same problem. I would say if nothing gets done within 3 months then start looking for another place to live when your lease it up.
hope this help, don't forget to rate the best answer ;)

Talk with them when nobody has an axe to grind . Maybe you can try catching them on their way home at night . Apologize for the barking ; but gently explain that the dogs get excited when they hear pounding , because they feel threatened and so they bark all the more . Find out how they feel about both of you compromising- they keep a lid on the music and you , the barking . If they are being confrontational , send them a registered letter , with a receipt requested , instead of face to face . You may have to think about moving, to preserve your sanity , if it can't be resolved .

Do the same thing as they do to you. If they play loud music, call the cops, they bang on the walls tell the cops you hear people fighting next door. And if you really don't want to deal with this headache just move. you can't really talk to these people about why they calling the cops, because they would probably deny the whole thing, so you should definetely look into moving

Avoid them as much as possible.
Completely ignore them and do not acknowledge one word they say.
Try to walk your dogs daily and go outside with the dogs when they need to go out. You will be able to correct them from barking so it is not a nuisance.
When their music and banging gets out of control, you will have to report it.

i've found that most people are two-faced. and there isnt much you can do about it except cut those people out of your lives. i say if they still act like jerks, call the cops when they have their music really loud. most places have noise ordenances, you should find out what your area is. i know in my neighborhood after 9pm, you arent even allowed to play basketball outside and we all live in single family homes, not even like townhouses or where you would think the noise would bother people.

Number one they used you, for what they could get out of you. Once they finished, it looks like they are trying to get you to move. You can get a restraining order against them if they are coming onto your property, so you would be within your rights to call the police. A second solution is to get with them and ask them straight out, what happen, thought we were friends type of questions. Something might have set them off without you knowing it.

Call the cops when they play music
Annoy them so much they move
start bumming off of them
ignore them
sit down and talk to them.
You were their first- if they dont like it they can leave.
Try different things
and see if any of them work.

well, if the dog is actually making too much noise, you need to shut him up. maybe that's actually really bothering for your neighbor. try to talk to them in a friendly manner and discuss the problem, most people will get defensive and reasonable if you start being so.

Oh my God , that sounds less like my roomate.
Just be cool, train your dogs not too bark so much, there are special collars for that so your dog cannot bark, don't be friendly with them, cause they dont deserve that, don't be rude to them. either.
