Actually it's believed that only 2% of the population realize self actualisation. If you do reach self actualisation it doesn't start all over again because you have got to where you want to be.

Most-basic needs at the botton, least basic at the top. Self actualisation is things like achieving life goals and being able to express yourself.

maslow belives that if you have well motivated staff they will work harder for the business. his hierachy is all the things that he thinks are important to make the staff motivated. the needs are self actualisation esteem needs, social needs, safety needs, and physical needs. i think self actualisation is like job security.
