How about a nice dinner out, with flowers? Not too needy, in fact, just right! She'll know you missed her, won't have to cook, and can keep the flowers as a reminder of how special you think she is!

1. Make some food for her that she likes. Whatever meal matches the time she is coming home.
2. Get a card for her to welcome her home.
3. Buy her some chocolates, if she likes chocolates.
4. Put a welcome banner up in the house.
I am not sure what you mean by not being ok while she was gone. If you really miss her and want to save your marriage, you would do well to show her that you were not ok without her and that you love her.
If by "not ok" you mean that you could not take care of yourself, then you want to make sure that the house is in the same order as when she left. That will show her that you were able to take care of yourself.
Take care,
Troy

Have a clean house and make sure the first thing you do when she walks in the door is hug and kiss her and tell her you missed her.
Don't worry about looking needy! You guys are married that stuff is out the door.
Have dinner if its the right time and maybe a hot bath ready and be prepared for some love making.

RE:
How do I welcome home my wife from her trip?
She and I are so-so right now, she has been gone out of the counrty for a week. I want to welcome her home, show her I missed her, but not come across as if I'm needy or come accross as if I wasn't ok while she was away.

i have several ideas:
1). do the dishes, clean the kitchen
2) throw the laundry into the washer then put it in the dryer, fold the cloithes and put them away
3) greet her at the door, take her bags and put them down
4) embrace her, take a step back and look into her eyes
5) let her know whe was missed and that you are glad she is home again
6) carry her bags into the bedroom for future unpacking
7) draw a warm bath for her, for her to unwind
8) talk to her, think about what made you fall in love with her in the first place then tell her.
9) embrace again and let the romance/passion take it from there.
best of luck in your marriage. it isn't easy.

Winning back an ex is not easy at all. It is a lot easier to generate feelings in someone, than it is to change their feelings. But if you take the right steps, and more importantly don't do the wrong things, your chances to win him back increase dramatically. Let's see!

I would say put up a sign that says welcome home. If you meet her at the airport I would have some flowers and maybe a sign saying I mised you. You can also cook her a nice dinner and run her a bubble bath. good luck!!!!!
