It takes sperm an average of two weeks to mature into a swimmer than can fertilize an egg and when i say 2 weeks that is from the time that your body makes them all the way thru the growing process so its pretty much like a womans egg. The answer you seek is no if you are having a lot of sex you are more than likely just spitting out the seminiferious fluid that mixes with the semen before expulsion. So if you wish to get your partner pregnant refrain from too many orgasms but at the same time a life span of the semen once matured is 2 weeks then at that time it dies and absorbs back into the male body to be broken down and built again. So once your partner has her period count 12-14 days from day one of period than you will have an approximate time frame of when she should ovulate. Pick a day to or more than a day to have sex with her and after everytime make sure she lays on her back with a pillow under her butt to help flow the semen to her cervix as well a womans orgasm actually helps draw semen into the cervix since it dips down so give her one and make sure she lays down for like 30 minutes. The 30 minutes is due to the fact that semen congeals once expeled from the male body but becomes a liquid state after around 20 minutes which will then give time for them to release and swim to her egg provided she is laying down. No sperm is only a small percentage of semen...if you're trying to conceive you should stop orgasming so much to build up your sperm count and make sure you wait to have sex until your partner is ovulating (2 weeks before her period is due to start)
