keep his opinions about people's physical appearance out of it? It was godawful what he said to that poor kid with the bulging eyes...there is a medical condition that causes that.
Besides, he should look in the mirror more often...how many people with brush cuts actually put a part in it?!!!

I think that what he said last night was terrible....BUT I am starting to think that most of the "crazy" and "bad" singers they show on there are actors anyway. Everything the judges say and do is probably for publicity of the show. My niece went to American Idol tryouts and you have to go through A LOT of judges before you can even see Randy, Paula & Simon. I watch the show but I seriously think its mostly an act in these stages of it.

Yeah, as a human being that poor kid did not deserve to be called a Bushbaby. Can he help the way he looks? I really felt terrible when Simon said that. If everyone was made the same, the world would be a very boring place. What an ***.

You have forgotton what the show is called. AMERICAN IDOL. We live in a society where people are picked apart. Stop acting like this is the first time he offended someone. Randy, Paula, and Simon were selected to judge people based on their appearance, singing ability, and overall style. He has every right to voice his opinions because he is getting paid to do so. Maybe if you got a life and stopped watching trash, it wouldn't offend you so much. Thank you.

Physical appearance is important when auditioning to become an "IDOL" .... but Simon should not comment on conditions that cannot be changed.

when someone hits you with a comment about your appearance its kinda a kick in the balls, especially if you are really ugly because then you feel self-conscious and bad about it... but you'll get over it, eventually.
