Call the police or hire a Private Investagator are the only things I can think of.

Very easy, request for the person to give you a DMV current print out. It cost $5.00 and when they go to the DMV they will print it out while you wait. You can not get it for them, they have to go to the DMV.
Some jobs require for the future employee to bring a current print out with them when they come for the interview. I was required to bring a current print out for a job that required me to drive my car for company business.
