After 300 years of what???? Slaves were brough here in the 1600's and abolision was in the 1860's, segregation ended in the 1970's and slavery was taken off the law books in Mississippi in the 1990's.
The US owes blacks the truth and stop speaking of us as blacks but as Americans!!!!!!!
How come we were the only Americans not able to vote without a fight? We couldn't go to school without a fight. We couldn't get a job without a fight. We couldn't move into better neighbourhoods without a fight.
HUSH UP!!!! By saying "Why do american Blacks/Afro Americans " you are causing a problem. Define every black American. If you think you can YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!!

In the last 4 decades alone, White men have handed over more than $11.8 trillion of their hard-earned dollars in order to subsidize the living style of American blacks. This is 360 times as much productivity as all black slaves in this country produced in the entire century before they were freed!
The total subsidies to American blacks each and every year are $454 billion ($180 billion in welfare and $274 billion in wage subsidies). This means that the White American man must work 41 days of the year just to subsidize American blacks.
Time for our reparations from blacks!: We want our money back!

It's been only 141 years, 9 months and 9 days since the end of slavery, not quite 300 years.
And I don't believe the US owes us anything, I work for what I get.

300 since what? Slavery in the US ended about 150 years ago. Segregation and other anti-black laws ended in the US in the late 60s, so that's barely 40 years ago. There are tons of people alive today who were very badly impacted by those laws.

Not ALL believe that. That is usually an extremists view that you hear about on TV.
I will speak for myself, I have made my own way in life and I am very sucessful. I did not ask nor receive any handouts.
So Im actually interested to see the responses to this question....
