Switzerland's neutrality has been respected as long as the country as been around. It would be a good choice if you're afraid of war, but they have very strict immigration policies, so it would be difficult to live and work there without the proper visa.

There are no countries on earth immune from conflict. Countries can attempt to walk a fine line of neutrality, but if invaded or attacked an appropriate response is required and demanded from the citizens. There are rules for engagement, but the face of war has changed little in the past 3000 years. The weapons and tactics employed have changed how people are killed through long range or internal acts of violence against governments and the citizenry. No country can avoid war through appeasement as this is weakness and will be exploited.
Diplomacy works if the true issues are discussed in an open and elucidate fashion. If you really wish to avoid war, every country in this world must have a common enemy we are united against.
There is also a greater danger in allowing a very select few to decide our fate and that of the world in general. Until every single person on this blue marble we call earth, takes personal responsibility for the actions of their respective governments forcing change on a global scale to do what is right ahead of self interest. we will always have war.

Several countries have already been mentioned which might *reduce* your chance of becoming a war casualty.
But, unless you are already in a war zone, you are much more likely to be killed in a road traffic accident, so the war risk should hardly be the basis of picking a country.
100 dead a day on the roads of the USA.
3,000 a month.
But that doesn't make the same headlines, for some reason.
(but it would if it was six Jumbo jets every month?)
Worry about war, certainly. But in proportion.

Switzerland is safe from war they will not side with anyone and do not tolerate any interference at all. Every country uses them for thier money for that reason alone. If its good for the money then you can see it is safe for all lol.

Population will always outstrip resources. This is the reason for war--kinda like animals in the jungle.

Tuvalu. Can't imagine why anybody would go so far to attack it.
I would love to move there given a chance. Only problem is that the area is 26 square km!!

Yes there is---------New Zealand. It's too remote from the rest of the world and could never permit mass immigration due to it's size.

Switzerland, Sweden, and I'd honestly say Vatican City (It's tiny!)
Other than that, just some measly Pacific islands, etc.
