For me its the hour before work starts and the lunchhour. Now I

It always is the last hour before I think I should be going to bed. LIke if I say I want to be in bed by 9:15 because I have to get up at 4:15 then 8:15 to 9:15 just flies by. Ditto on the lunch hour thing, too, though, except I only get a half hour.

The quickest hour is when you awake an hour before your alarm clock goes off... glance at the clock, fall back asleep and before you realize it the alarm is going off...

probably the last hour before my alarm clock goes off, I usually wake once or twice and it feels like about 5 minutes.
