having something that blings? or having the real thing?
i.e (is it ok to wear something fake as long as it is shiny & looks nice?)

If you can afford it go for the real thing and if you can't fake it...as long as you feel good in your jewelry that's all that matters.

I think a little bit of both. I love things that are "real" and have a collection but if I see something that's really nice then I'll just buy it fake or not. It depends on the quality of the fake thing. I'm not the kind of person to drop $500 on a necklace out of no where but if it's under $100 and real I'll purchase it.

Get the real thing. Fake has no value. Besides at some point of time it will start to fade, and then it won't look good anymore. It will definitely look fake then. It's better to spend money on the real thing.

I say it is okay to wear something fake as long as it does not look ridiculous. I would not and prefer the real thing. Just a country girl at heart!

When I was in the Army years ago I volunteered once cause I was bored. I ended up driving a dump truck for the next month. Never again.

no. sides, bling looks chavvy most of the time so keep it simple. if your going to wear jewellery do surfer style.
