A process u could use to get this answer is:

1 divided by 0.6666 = 1.5
1.5 x what whole number gives another whole number
1.5 x 2 = 3
therefore 2 divded by 3 or 2/3 gives 0.6666

Literally, it's 66666666666666/100000000000000, though 2/3 is a close approximation. One can't assume it's a repeating fraction just because you repeated it fourteen times. If your teacher gave you the problem this way, you might get some extra credit for pointing this out.
