It's a small town, but it's near bigger places like Medford and Ashland. Ashland is well-known for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, so if you're a Shakespeare buff and you're not there in the dead of winter, you could take a short road trip and catch a play. OSF website : http://www.osfashland.org/
