No. Charles Manson was not involved in Kennedy's assassination by any stretch of the imaginations of even the conspiracy theorists. Lee Harvey Oswald was Kennedy's killer. Charles Manson was tried and convicted for his involvement in a series of killings in California (predominantly the Los Angeles area) several years after Kennedy's body was laid to rest.
