can't find any info on what kind of degree is required to be a music producer. I don't know how long of a degree I will need either.

I attend Georgia State University and they offer a degree in Music Production/ Engineering! If a nearby school doesn't offer that get a degree in Entertainment Marketing and learn the rest of the trade on your own! Good luck!

You should look into the Music Business program at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. They offer degrees in Music Business with an emphasis in several different areas--marketing, management, and production. While there you can work in their studios and participate in producing student music. There are many students who have attended there and gone on to be famous recording artists, so the talent you are working with is really top notch. The professors are professionals who have worked in the industry and the internships that are available to you are awesome since you are in Nashville. (Just so you know, there is lots more to the music scene in Nashville than just country music.) You can get more information at http://www.belmont.edu/mb/index.html

Did 3/4 of an associate diploma of Horticulture. started business management Diploma 2/3 done. Hit in the head with a steel baseball bat by a drunk from behind. Forced me to stop my business course due to being stuck in hospital. Told by not to study for a year, but couldn't help it. Did my diploma of horticulture at TAFE, Currently studying Diploma of business Joined the cop force, realized that i cannot be a bastard and that they cannot change the person i am. Almost like a military brainwashing. Think for your own right and wrong, not what someone tells you how you should think(gone easy on the cop logic) stuff that. Ran a business and now work for the government
